Philly Steaks is a popular American‑style spot in Manila, El Poblado, known for doing one of the most authentic Philly cheesesteaks in Medellín, plus burgers, wings, and bar food in a sports‑bar setting. Recently recently remodeled with new kitchen because they were getting roaches in people food, and greasy food. Is it going to be better. I doubt it because its still the same owner.
